I am so glad I've found Alison - she is so amazing at understanding the issues I have and already after two sessions my back and arm are feeling released and can't wait to feel even better after the next session. Thank you (McKeowen - MFR Client)
My calves have been unbearably tight for some time. I’ve tried calf raises and a massage roller to no great avail. Tonight I’ve sat for 15 minutes with a massage ball under my calf. Initially it was painful and then the sensations began. The sensations lasted long after I removed the ball. Absolutely fabulous. (Dennis - SMRT Client)
Alison, I can only say one word after my last appointment which is WOW! My back feels great and I ran 5km this morning. Thank you so much. (Smith - MFR Client)
