My passion for helping people in pain is rooted in my own personal experiences.

I damaged my shoulder and then suffering a life-changing skiing accident several years ago, I had explored almost every form of therapy, both conventional and alternative, in an attempt to manage my chronic pain. After becoming pain free thanks to the Bowen Technique, I qualified in this gentle holistic therapy in 2013. Wanting to be able to offer more than just hands on, I have since qualified in Anatomy in Motion and then during the first lockdown was one of the first therapists to qualify as a SMFRTherapist. This now also me to offer a more complete health and wellbeing clinic. I offer SMFRTherapy classes and 1-2-1 sessions as well as being able to suggest SMFR techniques specifically for your needs following a Bowen therapy session. I am also a qualified McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release Technique Practitioner and UK Instructor

There is no average day in clinic. I have clients of all ages, sizes and professions.

Clients range from babies to more mature clients. Using the Bowen technique (Bowen Therapy), SMFRTherapy, Anatomy in Motion, MSTR, I am able to help the symptoms associated with many different conditions, aches and pains. Please contact me to see how I can help you.

SMFRT has been a fantastic way to learn more about my body and try out ways to release tension from the comfort of my own home. Jules is great at leading the online sessions which she devises each week and as she knows our bodies having treated us with Bowen she is able to suggest ways to help us. It's an easy accessible way to help relieve aches, pain and discomfort and I can't thank Jules enough for her warm friendly sessions. R Houghton
