Information

Treating chronic pain, with a special interest in the impact of stress and (physical and emotional) trauma on the nervous system.

Natasha completed the MFR UK Advanced Clinical Diploma in 2017, qualifying with Distinction.

During her three years of study to complete the Diploma, Natasha wrote clinical papers on the theory of pain and fibromyalgia and this research formed the basis of her work with people with pain associated with chronic conditions. Natasha specialises in the impact of stress and (physical and emotional) trauma on the nervous system and is trained in Scar Tissue Therapy. She has completed specific training to work with breast cancer clients post surgery. She is also an accredited SIRPA Practitioner (Stress Induced Pain). Natasha's aim is to facilitate relief from pain, using a full body and mind approach; to help people become more empowered, self-aware, active participants in their own well being.

Special interests:
  1. Scar tissue managment
  2. Back pain
Natasha works with people with pain associated with chronic conditions including fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.

She is also trained in Scar Tissue Therapy and has completed specific training to work with breast cancer clients post surgery. Scar Tissue Release techniques can be applied to scarring from any surgical procedure including Caesarean Section, Hysterectomy, Mastectomy, Appendectomy, Hip and Knee Replacement. She also works with people living with disability and the effects of neurological conditions be it congenital or following injury or an illness. Examples include Spinal injury, MS, Parkinsons and Cerebral Palsy. Natasha specialises in the impact of stress and (physical and emotional) trauma on the nervous system and integrates mindfulness based techniques into her practice to address the psychophysiological cause and effect of persistent and chronic pain. She is an accredited SIRPA Practitioner (Stress Induced Pain) and holds a Trauma Informed Coaching Certificate which compliments the body and mind approach which she uses as an MFR Practitioner.
