Yvonne BranniganYvonne Brannigan, Physical Therapist and Massage Therapist. Yvonne, originally from Canada, has worked as a Physiotherapist specialising in pelvic floor dysfunction in the USA until last year when she emigrated to Scotland. This is a 3-hour pelvic floor masterclass where you will learn some valuable and important rehabilitation techniques and self-MFR. Anyone can attend this workshops: it is suitable for anyone experiencing pelvic health issues and for therapists who have attended the MFR pelvic floor workshop.

This workshop covers stretching and loading of the pelvic floor strengthening and improving mechanical function and working with hypertonicity in the abdominal wall. It also discusses dyspareunia (painful intercourse), painful gynaecological exams and calming the Sympathetic Nervous System using breathing techniques as well as foods/drink that can irritate your bladder. Participants will require to wear their face-covering for this event (unless guidance changes). If you are medically exempt from wearing a face mask, please email first before booking.
