Have you ever wondered what MFR felt like and how it works? This is a 3-hour introduction to MFR where you will have the opportunity to experience hands-on MFR techniques and self-MFR.

This short workshop will help you to understand the benefits of the approach, how, once learned, it will enhance your practice by integrating it into your existing skills. It is taught by Ruth Duncan, owner and senior lecturer for MFR UK. Ruth will share her knowledge and experience with you to learn why MFR has become a much sought after approach to both give and receive. Eligibility: You must be a practising manual therapist such as massage, sports massage, soft tissue therapist etc. It is not suitable for movement therapists or clients/patients. Please note, this workshop does not provide competency to practice any approaches discussed. However, attending therapists will be provided with a 10% discount voucher for either the Certificate in Integrated Myofascial Therapy (CiMFT) or the Certificate in Self-Myofascial Therapy (SMFR).
