Just finished my Level 2 course with Ruth Duncan and Karen Baker. I highly recommend MFR UK the courses and teaching are of the highest level. From the pre course information and manuals, to the expert teaching and guidance on the actual day. These ladies are experts in their field and I can’t wait to continue my training with them. Thank you MFR UK

I have just completed Part 1 and 2 of Myofascial release, was totally blown away by it. I feel I need to tell all my clients about it and wish to integrate it into my practice straight away. I already see huge benefits within a week of working with it. For me now, it feels like the only way forward. I can't wait to do part 3 and will be signing up for the full Diploma. I'm so glad I decided to do Myofascial Release with Ruth, who is a greatly experienced and inspirational teacher. Thankyou Ruth 😃

Awesome time in London at Level 1. Was NOT expecting the depth of learning, experience or compassion we received. Looking forward to implementing the techniques and coming back for more learning. MFR UK you rock.

I've done the level 1,2 & 3 courses and loved all of them. The techniques they teach are easily incorporated into the treatments I give. I've also been back for four special series workshops and they are also well worth attending. The big thing about Myofascial Release UK is the depth of knowledge the teachers have. They also share this with great warmth and humour, it is like being welcomed back into a big extended family. I can not wait to do more courses with them.

Fantastic courses! I can't recommend them enough. I even repeated levels 1-3 at the start of this year... and loved it even more the second time round. If you are a massage therapist or physio this is an excellent string to add to your bow! You won't regret it... and you'll never look back!

Amazing courses, amazing teaching. It’s opened up a whole new world of intuitive techniques and a truly holistic treatment approach. The more I learn the more I want to know! Looking forward to attending more courses later this year to add to my skills as I’ve already seen amazing results with my clients just using stage 1 techniques. The teaching skill, knowledge and enthusiasm for their subject is second to none. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
